Privacy Policy

This policy describes how Snappy Tow collects and uses information on https://snappytow.ca. It applies to this website and to telephone or email contact with dispatch. It does not cover third-party websites we link to.

Who we are

Snappy Tow is a locally owned towing and roadside assistance company serving Calgary and surrounding communities. There is no public street address published on this site.

Information you send us

If you call dispatch, we receive the number you call from and the details you provide about your location, vehicle and the service you need. If you email us, we receive your email address and the content of the message. We use that information to respond to your request and to operate the business. This site does not currently include a contact form.

Server logs

The web server may record technical information such as IP address, browser type, requested URL, referring URL, date and time, and response status. These logs are used for security, troubleshooting and reliable hosting. They are not used to build marketing profiles on this site.

Analytics and advertising measurement

Snappy Tow plans to add Google Analytics 4 and Google Ads conversion measurement after those accounts are configured and tested. Those tags are not active on this website at this time. When they are added, this policy will be updated to name the tools, the data they collect, and how to opt out where the provider offers that choice.

Clicking a telephone link uses your device’s phone app. We do not currently run a separate call-tracking number or call-recording service through this website.

Cookies and your choices

This site may set cookies required for basic operation. Because analytics and advertising tags are not installed, we are not currently setting advertising or analytics cookies. You can use your browser controls to block or delete cookies. Do Not Track signals are not interpreted by this site today.

How long we keep information

Dispatch details needed to complete a tow or roadside call are kept as long as needed for that job, invoicing, safety and legal requirements. Server logs are kept according to the hosting provider’s normal rotation. We do not sell personal information.

Changes

We may update this policy when the site, contact methods or measurement tools change. The current version will be posted at https://snappytow.ca/privacy/.
